Header Input Please

Header Input Please
Hey All,
I am really curious if I should put a hold on my plans and get headers. I always thought headers were not that important.
I currently have magnaflow x-pipe (w/cats)/cat-back, cai and am getting 4.10s and a diablo programmer in the next week. I was going to get the c-springs and udp next. After that I was going for tb/plenum and ultimately a small blower - then tranny/other drivetrain upgrades.
Would headers be something that should be done before all this or can it be delayed? If it is a recommended priority, what would be the cheapest minimum for a long-term goal of a blower? I want to pass emissions and I don't want to have to cut anything. Easy install is what I am looking for.
Input in this matter will be appreciated.
Thanks alot,
Ceyko

RE: Header Input Please
Correct me if i am wrong but if he wants to keep emissions then he will be alright with the mid pipe he has if he gets shorties. I know that long tubes wont pass emissions but not sure if mid length will or not. If you get a decent pair of shorties then you should be alright. Look into your area about emissions see if mid length headers will pass or not. My car had the same thing that is why I have shorties on mine. Plus long tubes only give you a few more HP and it is alot of trouble down the road for repairs such as clutch and tranny. You have to unbolt them to get the tranny down. Fitting them with the stock K-member is a real pain.
