Default What should i offer?

Wound a 2004 mach 1, 2,400 miles, auto. Is asking $24,400. Said they would take $23,000. I offered $20,000, said they weren't ready to let it go at that price yet. What do you think a far price is?

Hmmm, whats blue book? The price sounds a bit high, you could probably get a terminator with 30-40K miles for that range. BUT, being that low of miles, I dunno. Of course, being an auto is going to hurt their sales...

It's in perfect conditon, i thought $20,000 sounded far. but wasn't sure what they where going for. Also it's hard to find an automatic, bad back can't shift very well anymore so need that.(lol)

Offer $20K-21K, leave your phone number. Tell them if they change their mind within a day or two to call you.

that is sky high, however the mileage is insanely low, they are entitled to a high price for something that crazy - my advice find another with 15-25k on it for around the 17-18k ball park, because your going to be using it for daily driving anyway.

So I'm correct in thinking that $20,000, is a good offer? I really like that it is like brand new, just wasn't sure if that was a far offer. Thanks guys...

man, what a ripoff. three year old used car with 300hp and a platform originally from 1970 for $25k+ after taxes. [:'(] why not just buy a new GT?

basically the price is way high, you could get an 03 cobra vert for that... unless your going to wrap it up and put in a garage its not close to worth it. You could esp find an 03/04 cobra coupe for that, a much better way to go IMO
