Ok... it's sorta possible, but for all intensive purposes its not possible. Don't even think about it. Just buy a supercharger made for your car.

(this is your lightning blower dreams)[sm=shootshoot.gif]

Seriously though...you can find a used kit for 2-3k which is fairly reasonable so if you want a blower just look for one that way.

so with the supercharger at $300, how much do you think this project would cost me in total?

Its simply not going to happen.

You would need someone to be able to build a custom sheetmetal intake under the blower, one that wouldn't require you to get a 5 inch cowl.

Not only that, but after spending boatloads of time and money it would still suck. The eatons are not going to deilver anywhere near the performance level on your GT that it does on the lightning. The eatons can get away with making big power on the cobras/lightnings because they already have a motor making lots of power (and much better top end pacakge flow) where your 2v does not.

No telling really. As someone else said, all the custom work that would have be done would make that cheap blower turn into an expensive PITA.

If you can get it done though, well then more power to ya.

Better to swap the motor or save your money for a better supercharger that fits your car.

+1 you would waste boatloads of money, and see less of a gain then you would from just going out and getting a procharger kit or a vortech............

is it a 2V or a 4V?? If it's a 2V, do you think it'll work?? I always thought they were a 4V engine.
