I'm looking to compete @ NOPI in the drifting competitions and was wondering should I get a upgraded suspension package or am i ak using the stock suspension?

If you up the suspension it'll be a way different feel when drifting so you would have to practice lots before the comp.I would think suspension would also make it harder because upping the suspension would make it easier for the wheels to hook up and wouldn't you be looking for the opposite? Not an expert on drifting...

Mustang + drifting = Crash unless its setup to do so. Im afraid to even take sharp turns on mine... I feel like a fat blind guy on ice skates.

Heh heh.... I spun out the other day being stupid. Of course it was a completely empty road where no one was in danger, not even myself, but still, it was stupid.

I can ice skate though!

Why would you want to put undue stress on your suspension just to...hmmm what is it...slide your carto hell like it's on an ice rink? Maybe I'm just an old fart who doesn't understand these things. [8D]

Why not? You have RWD, LSD, and actual power. Throw some cheap tires on there and have fun. If you can control it it'll be easier to drift than a lot of those imports. Torque+cheap tires=sideways. Not like those 240s and all that which have to pull the e-brake and all that fancy **** just to get that underpowered car sideways.
