biggest engine?
hey.. my buddy and i were having a discussion about the biggest ci. engine to date in a ford car/truck that isnt diesel.. What is the largest ci Ford engine in production cars/truckstoday?

The largest engine I believe is a crate engine that is like 586ci. Not sure on the Liters but it would be over 10 for sure. Look it up.

-7,530 cc 7.5 liters 8 V front longitudinal engine with 110.7 mm bore, 97.8 mm stroke, 8.5 compression ratio, cast iron block, cast iron head, overhead cam and two valves per cylinder
-Unleaded fuel
-Multi-point injection fuel system
-69 liter fuel tank
-Heavy duty alternator
-Heavy duty battery
-Power: 183 kW , 245 HP @ 4,000 rpm; 400 ft lb @ 2,200 rpm
i never knew it was that slow... lol... that thing can move for a 8500 lb truck...
it held with a porshe 944 with 6 peeps in the truck and 3 in the porshe... kinda sad for a sports car having a truck keep with it... and its beat civics and accords. lol
