i just recently bought my new GT and it came with a hypertech programmer......i had a superchip programmer when i had my dodge ram but the hypertech has some more options....and obviosly theres a big difference between the two vehicles.....but i was just wondering if anyone with a hypertech can gimme some guidance onwhat they used for settings to get the most out of the programmer...and also what kind of hp gain they got..sorry if this has already been posted guys new to the site.

 

Just have to go step by step in the Hypertec instructions book. Thats what i did and gained about 5-7 more horses, but to add to that i had alot of bolt-ons too.

bump the timing all the way to right 10degrees you also have to *** 93, t/c off and adjust for tire size and or gears

 

yea my neighbor has a 94 5.0 and he was telling me the same thing to bump the timing a little bit. were gonna try it this weekend.
