ok i have a question since every header thing ive read since ive done mine says they moved there oil dipstick when installing headers on there stang. well mine is a 2000 gt and when i did mine i didnt have to move it or anything.. its in the stock location never even touched it.. am i suppose to move it or what??

Yeah, tell me about it. My hands are so cut up I look emo. All you hear coming from my garage is me grunting trying to get a bolt out, the clinging of the wrench on the ground, and me using every curse I could think of. Good thing the damn heads are off. Now I can look forward to putting reconditioned ones back in with LTs and VT cams !

Yup, the kit I am getting only comes with a new one incase a dipsh*t like me gets angry while taking the heads off lol. Btw I left my exhaust manifolds on when I took my heads out so thats also why it broke, even though it was unbolted from the head.

Did you put shorties on? With lt's i think its impossible to put them in without removing the dipstick.
