it's not safe to run those tires on those rims for long, look for 265 or wider
That is not entirely true. My tires are front: 245/45 R17 and rear 275/40 R17 and I have no issues with them 20k miles or so at 100mph+ speeds in the curves.

Just don't buy some buster A$$ tires. There are things you can go cheap on...... tires is not really one that I personally would be cheap with.

AAAAAND sorry but I don't think my tires and rims look "goofy" or like "Stretched Rice" at all LOL
are your front rims 17x9?

Hell I had 225/45's on my stock Bullitt rims for my winter tires and it did not look half bad

Nothing wrong with 275's on the front. I've got them on all 4 and it looks great.

Exactly. I have 245's on my 17x9's and they look just fine. They don't look nearly as streched out as the pic above. the sidewalls are almost even with the lip of the rim. I'm getting 255/45's here within a few days to replace the 245's

So you guys can fit 275's on the front and you don't get any rubbing when you have the wheel turned all the way?? Just asking b/c I want to go 275's all the way around.

(for the original poster) How much are those tires because I got a set of 275's for 100 bucks a piece. I'm running 275's up front and 315's in the rear.
