Default RE: Who is taking this home?

I know its a little different but the car I raced at the track was a cammed 5.0 '94 Cobra and I beat him by a second and a half. The '01 cobras are pretty compareable to the '99 cobras.

JD the car you raced has 240hp...

The 98 Cobras are 305/300...
'01 GT is 260/290?

I say advantage to cobra, but it will probably be a driver's race.

Im sure he is right up there with the 4.6 NA cobras with the work he has done to the '94 cobra. The '94-'98s were dogs... big old fat dogs that need uprooting to make it out off the driveway! LOL

Figure it's what, a 30hp loss through the drivetrain?

That's 275 rwhp stock... + exhaust = faster than Mr. JD hisself!

Yeah... take 15 to 20% away from the RWHP and thats what you got with an auto.

305X.17%= 51.85

305-51.85 = 253.15.

Thats for an automatic though.
