I live in a condo complex with alot of speed bumps and when I am rolling over them, my front end squeaks when all the weight of the car falls on the shocks. When the back end rolls over them, it is quiet. Does anyone know what may becausing the squeaking? It is driving me nuts!

 

it sounds like mine im sure. but mines gotten worse, and does it whenever i turn the wheel. a mechanic told me i had bad tie rods. Im not familiar with um, but autozone said there about 30 bucks a peice. (and i need both up front). You might wanna check it out. Let me know if you figure it out.

I would... Just tell them you have the symptoms of this tech bulliten and give them the tsb number..

it does sound like worn tie rods. I've had squeeks before, due to not having adequate lube on some bushings. Hard to diagnose without seeing it.

 

What does Mustang TSB stand for? [&:]

 

only my right front squeeks when the wheel goes up or down, its embarasing.
