check with local laws, see if there's a policeman from pa around...here in NC the courts do recognize oral agreements between two people and you could probably obtain your money through small claims court

It would prove nothing, and most likely gain nothing. I wanna do this the laws way. I think I have enough evidence to get this kid.

 

Does he have anything valuable on his car... if so go tear some parts of his car and sell them. No but seriously ponysnake is right check with the local laws!

well heres a point of view i dont think anyone has told you...
think of it as an invested 200$ and for that price youll never have to deal with his dumb *** ever again.
otherwise id say just take the 200 out of his car but do is decreetly. i was an MP in af and **** like that happened, not to much they can do about it.
