ive done this motor in a 98 cobra because it was a cheap replacement. cobra motors are 8 bolt crank, lincolns are 6 bolt, you use a 96-98 gt flywheel. and pretty much everything thing externally on the motor is different. so for me that already had a cobra motor to swap parts on it was cool. but anyone else converting would have to hunt for alot of parts. but when its all said and done there would be no visual difference from the outside, everything bolts up
