Default Trans help please

Alright heres the deal: the stock shifter for the t-3660 sucks, i hate it. i would have gotten something better but never had time to before i left for college. anyways i have a bent shift fork for 1st and 2nd second gear started to jump out alot so i didnt use it for a while but after that it seemed to do fine, so i did. i guess i pounded it to hard and it didnt align and shredded the gear. now i have no second gear. well im looking into fixing the trans, or possibly getting a new one. can anyone tell me if the tko or 3650 will fit or a t45 maybe even a t56? with out having to get a new driveshaft or modifying the crossmember more then it already is?
