A guy I know is having twins in a few months and he needs to get rid of his mustang for soemthing bigger. Its a 2004 white GT with 33000 miles on it.

There are a few scratches on his bumper and a rust spot on his fender. The steering wheel says cobra on it and I wasn't really sure why that was, but it ran well at least. His asking price is 10,000 for the car and I either want to buy it and get rid of my 2000 gt for something newer or just turn around and sell it for 14 or 15 to someone else. I honestly think that I like my 2000 better because it has leather the mach 460 system and has been my baby for about 8 months now. So the question really is...can i buy this car for 10k or maybe a little lower and sell it off quickly and make a profit.

if u like ur 2000 better than the 04 then yeah buy it and sell it..u can get 14k MINIMUM on the 04. but if u buy it then sell it wouldnt the guy be mad at u ??

yea you should be able to make more off of the 04. if the guy is your friend, that seems like a shady move, but if you're not friends with him DO IT!

He isn't my friend, but a guy I know told me about him. I'm thinking I'm gonna try to buy it and turn it around. Wish me luck haha

Ya like I said he isn't one of my friends and my mom wants to drive it in the meantime so its going to get some use until it sells.

Ya I'll be checking the vin and everything, but I've driven it and it feels great. I can fix most of the minor scratches and stuff so for the most part it will look a lot better when I'm done with it
