Default stp oil thickner???

good idea, or bad idea to use stp oil thickner with motorcraft oil in the 4.6?? seems like it would just be a little prevenative cause to prevent any friction. what do you guys think?

The mustangs already require a pretty thin blend of 5w-20. I wouldn't go any thicker than that. Regular maintenance should make your engine last longer but just stick to factory requirements.
