Default what's a good stall??

hey guys, i have a 03 gt auto, it got a 70mm accufab plenum and t/b wit a jlt cai, a bassani catted x pipe and flows 40 series, now i still got the stock rear gears but plan on gettin 4.10's really soon so i wanted to kno wha kinda converter and stall to go with the auto tranny and the bolt-on's????

It depends on your power curve... There's a site out there that explains, in detail, about how to choose your TC, since your powerband is one of the most significant factors in choosing a proper stall speed.

I think it was Baumann Engineering's website, but I could be mistaken..

also i haven't tuned the car yet, im gonna dyno it soon at joe heck's shop, could the dynoprovide me with which stalli would need to go with??

at this point with all the bolt on's im not sure how much h/p im runnin, but will find out soon when i dyno it. also i just recently flushed the radiator and refilled it with green anti freeze, is it ok to change to green being that the car came with yellow antifreeze?

I would guess your around 240-250rwhp at most

wha other mods can i add to make close to 300h/p with out a supercharger or nitrous?? and about the antifreezr, is green ok??
