Synthetic Oil?

I got a 99 GT with 62k Miles.... 5 Spd.

Should I go with Mobile 1 Synthetic? Or Should I get regular oil?

What do you recommend?

Go synthetic it protects alot better! If you had over 100k miles then probably stick with dino because your seals are conditioned with that, and using synthetic may cause leaks., but at 62k I don't see a problem.

Mobil I is good, but I use Castrol Syntech.

Yes, go with synthetic. I always use Mobil 1 5W20 with a motorcraft filter.

Well I bought my car with 55K miles on it and I know that it was ran with Dino oil all its life... after changing it to mobil 1 it has used about half a littre of oil in 3K miles... im hoping its just the seals getting used to it and it will stop soon
