'00 GT - Headlight Removal

How do you remove the headlight units on a '00 GT? I bought a set of '04 units (smoked)and I want to install them as soon as the weather warms a bit.

the whole headlight is secured by two metal rods behind the assembly, just pull those up and out, slide the light out and un-plug the harness

easy stuff+ 1 just be careful so you don't scatch the bumper taking um out....
