Default Blackout or Smoked?

I'm about to buy some taillight tint but thought I'd ask you guys what some of you like better or have any good/bad stories of either the blackout or smoked taillight tint. I'd like to hear some feedback for those that have done this before.

I like the smoked look. The blackout look is just too cheezmo and you'll get harrased my cops if they have nothing better to do!

I've got the blackouts on my headlights and taillights, it looks sick in my opinion. I don't get bothered by the cops at all. It will look especially good on your black car. I have a pic in my sig, but if you run a search, I posted a bunch of pictures after I put them on.

I have Blackout on mine and I love it. It looks soo nice with my black rims, i dont think they look cheezy. And i have no problem with cops, i live in central florida so there are alot around. As far as visibility, i have no problem, except with my reverse lights, they arent too bright, but i think i am going to get some high intensity ones.

smoked - the last thing you need is to go with black outs and someone to stuff you in the rear - no pun intended.

Well, I think I may go for the smoked ones, plus I'm gonna get the side lights smoked too. Thanks for the insight guys.

ok i just put on the blackout on my mustang and in my opinion they look sick never got hasseled by the cops and the part of florida i live in the cops got nothing better to do. the only thing is that there r little bubbles that r pissing me off i got some of them out but it looks like im damaging the tint when i press to hard and for some of them i have to press hard im hoping that they will go away soon kinda like bubbles on tintss for your windows when u first get them there there then disappear.
O and for 20$ bucks on ebay u cant beat it at all gives your car a HOLE new look
