It's 'braking' and you want to slide out of the water box alittle.

Sorry but you're just not going to get the full potential out of a Nitto DR without a good 8-10 sec. burn. It took me about 50 passes to realize this. After giving them a good 8-10 sec. burn I was pulling low 1.80 60's. With a less burn I couldn't get out of the 1.9's. This was at 14# with a 275x40x17" , also back into the water to wet them then pull out of the water and burn them good in 2nd gear if you have 3.73's or lower.

If you drive THROUGH the water box, alot of times your front tires will get water on them which in turn can get on your rear tires when you don't want it to.

I suggest backing in to water only to wet the rears to allow some stress off the driveline.

oops yea, without gears though its hella hard to start a 2nd gear burnout.
Why do you say. The video of me running the 13.5 I did that burnout in second and you seen how easy they turned over for me. [&:]

From a stand still I put mine in second and rev to about 4500-5000 rpm's and roll off the clutch and onto the bake and roast the **** out of 'em. LOL
