Default Wheel spacers.

Anyone using wheels spacers on there 18" wheels? preferably saleen replicas, what size are you using in the rear? I measured what it would be for the rim to be fluch with the fender and its 3/4" but they only make spacers 1/2" and than 1"

do the studs sit flush with the spacer, or do they protrude past it? I know a 1" spacer has its own studs.

My friends got 18" bullit replicas but there back spacing is +22mm and hes using a 1" spacer and it looks real good. But my saleens got a +28mm back spacing so it wont look the same. I dont want it to look dumb and stick further out past the fender.

I have 18x9 Replica Saleens, and I was recommended some 1" billet spacers.
So that is what I will eventually go with.
I don't think it will protrube that much. Also the sn95 is different, and there wheels tuck much further underneath the fender.

my spacers don't have their own studs on them. I have studs that are about an inch longer and the spacer just slides over them. Then the rims then the lug nuts.

I was thinking about that also. Mabye just going with some ARP or Moroso wheel studs which are longer and then going with a spacer that doesnt have the studs built in... But I dont want to use lug nots that have the through design, I think those are ugly. I like my caped ones. Who makes your spacer? H&R, Eibach? Also what studs do you have? Were they easy to install?

H&R overcharges, the billet alluminum ones on eBay are just as good.
And yeah, yours sit a little further out then mine. mine are just under the fender line.

I have 18x9 bullitts with a 3/8 spacer. I put in Moroso studs. You can get Baer spacers from thunderracing.com in a variety of sizes

Now im thinking just buy some Moroso studs, which are 3" long. Stronger and have a longer unthreaded nose which helps prevent stripping. (broke one stud in the rear anyways, whoops) The stock studs are 2" long. So if I use a 1" or 3/4" spacer I probably will be ok using the regular lug nuts.

How difficult is it to replace the studs in the axles? Just use a hydrualic press to press them out and in? Does the ABS sensor just slip off, so it doesnt get in the way?
