Both. But only a few burned CD`s. It does the same thing with any CD.

I have the regular mach stereo with a 6 disc and its been giving me a lot of problems. Whenever I go to eject a CD, the slot will open and the CD starts to move, but then gets stuck and says CD ERROR....then I have to get another CD in there and pry it out...I love it...

MIne works great, skips on rough roads once in a while (but I'm lowered with Bilsteins)--what bothers me the most is the stone cold waste of electrons that most of the DSP modes are. "News" and "Off" are the only two I use, "Jazz" is listenable but the other modes are a godawful cacaphony of echo and reverb...

Mine's only skipped with dirty CD's. No other problems at all.
