Anyone ever used compact spares as front runners at the track?
Just ordered a line lock, anyone ever used one before? How did you like it? Did you use it to preload and launch with?

I have a line lock on my '71. Very useful for burnouts and lanching off the line.

Compact spares aren't rated for that kinda speed. Get some MT skinnies on the right kind of rim. Plus, MT skinnies will have less rolling resistance.

No sanctioned track is going to let you use the mini-spare on the fronts or anywhere else for that matter. The line lock is nice for the burn out on a standard, but I personally can't successfullylaunch off the line with it. It's not feasible in my opinion.
