You have to worry about the tendioners and the slides mare so than the chains! I would say 100kmi and it's a good idea, but doesn't mean you can't get 150kmi outta them???
I had a tensioner fail at 80,000 miles, caused the chain to slap my guides and cause a 'slap sound' replaced both tensioners (even though driver side failed) and the one guide, and all is well.
Not as much as the hassle of changing it probably. If you plan on doing a PI swap anytime, that's the perfect time to do the tensioners though. That's what I'm planning on doing.

I would do the chains, tensioners and sprockets all at the same time that you are doing the heads.
See if Ford Racing has a beefed up kit or something.
