Default Help!! Trouble codes...

Ok so it have 2 trouble codes indicated on my Predator tuner,

The first being P1000 OBD System readiness not complete

And the second P0401 EGR Insuficient flow detected.

The first is understandable since i have no cats on the car, but the second WTF is that, is the EGR the same thing as the PCV??

I hav also turned off tho OBD downstream heaters on banks 1&2 and done the "MIL" elim on the tuner.

So i guess my question is that how do i get these codes from popping up?

EGR = Exhaust Gas Recirculation if im not mistaken

it could be as simple as carbon build-up in the EGR valve, or you need to replace it i got some websites for you

FOR ALL MUSTANG OBD CODES:

For your issue:

i believe the 1000 code is just a code letting you know that a previous obd code was cleared, but that seems kinda stupid.. clear a code and get a code for clearing a code.

The obd II sytem checks incomplete....the ecu has not gone throughthe systems, checked and passed them all..this can be accomplished by a long complex drive relearn procedure thats a total waste of real time....disreguard this code and eventually it will clear itself.....now the other code....egr insufficient flow....99 percent of the cars that come into the shop (that have this code ) require a DPFEGR(differential pressure feedback)EGRsensor.....most the older units where made of aluminum whichcorroded(moisture inside sensor),,now they are made ofplastic....Go figure..ford has updated these several times...ifyou have the aluminum version...the new one should be plastic....
One thing you can spot yourselfis the 2 little hoses that run to it,,,make sure they are solid and connected,,not burnt into....Could be vaccum hose broke to the evr solenoid ...bad evr solenoid,or most common DPFEGR SENSOR....
