Default The T-45 or T3650?

Ok, Im checking out this AWESOME 2000 GT mustang for sale. It's got 76,000 miles on it. Anyway, I knoe the T-45's aren't as reliable as the T-3650 and i know they swapped them over in mid 2000. So what does the Vin number need to be over to get a T-3650? The last 6 numbers of the vin are 141856. Sounds like the 41855 car made.

I thought it was mid 2001 when they went to the 3650.
