Tonight my driver side power window just stopped working but the passenger one works fine? When i click the button for the drivers side, you can hear it clicking under the dash, i checked the fuses and none are blown, and there is one relay under the dash, i'm assuming thats that power windows relay. I have a 2002 Mustang GT. Please help.

 

May be its time to get a new window motor.

 

It has happened to a lot of us. There are a few things u can do. First try slamming the door a few times. Not too hard though. If that doesnt work. Hit the inside of thedoor panel, about 2-3 inches to the left of the speaker while pressing the button. If that still doesnt get it then take the door panel off and you will see a round white plastic peice about 2-3 inches from the speaker. LIGHTLY tap it with a hammer while pressing the button.

 

Window regulator.

 

Well it was the connection, well pretty much the red and yellow wire from the window motor was torn outta the window motor, now I hit a wall taking the window motor out. Do you have to take the two outside brackets off?

 

Yea, but watchout, they will snap on you, and it hurts.
