My brakes work fine but they began to squeak alot soI changed the pads because they would have to be changed fairly soon anyway; When I took apart the caliperI instantly saw the problem the top anti rattle clip was broken on the passenger rear tire. soI changed all of the clips and springs and two weeks later the same thing. SoIreveresed the pads and put all new springs and clips and the same clip location broke on the new pad for the third time. Does anyone have any ideas as to howI might solve this problem?

 

When you say broken, what do you mean?? Was the clip separated, or was clip bent?? Do you have a picture??

Did you apply a light, and I mean light layer of grease to them??
