300 RWHP??
Ok I have a completely stock Black 98 GT. What steps can I take, if any to get 300 HP to the wheels??? (this is for future refecence, it will take time and money to get all the parts)

Just supercharge it..... think about it.. most bolt ons seem to cost in between $2-500... And most of them give you 5-15rwhp... So do the math from their!
You are at i think 215rwhp.... its going to take full bolt ons and probably more!

So you think he has like 205 possibly then lol?
But yeah you need a PI swap, full bolt on, and still need somethin else to get 300 whp, the giggle gas will get you well above 300 as previously stated above

Spray it or blow it.. dont waste your time doing anything else. If your goal is ONLY 300hp, I would do one or the other, then gears, then exhaust and be done with it. If you want to do more you will need to drop a lot more cash in the car...
