Good stuff does the same thing as red line water wetter
does help cool the car down by up to 20 degrees but it also helps lubricate the water pump its sure not going to hurt you so id say for the price just buy it.

I have heard the purple stuff foams up but personally I do not know. I run redline wetter in my radiator and intercooler.

In general, I've just never been a fan of Royal Purple. Its much better now than when it first debuted though. I race sprint cars, and there were a whole lot of guys that blew motors who ran the stuff. Most claimed that the oil was part of the problem, but I dont know from personal experience. Like I said....Its reputation has grown better since then.
