P.S. It wouldnt hurt anything to drive on 20PSI on the road a couple miles til you get to a gas station and fill them up, if you dont wanna bring a tank.

i drove on 13psi once all the way home... a 25 mile drive... .. just cant take turns for crap with that psi in the rear. hah.. make sure your front tires are at the max or close to psi to put less friction in them, and the rear tires.. i say drop them to 20-25 psi... wont hurt anything and will give you alittle more grip... if you get that 60' down... you could have a 9.2 with a good launch

my truck pulls 2.3-2.4 60's all day with its crappy open diff... while pulling a 9.2@78... [:@]

also, when i was a full bolt on gt with 3.73's.. i would be cutting 2.2 60's (bad launch on street tires at ****ty track)... then i would get into 2nd and kick it sideways and have to let off alittle... then i hit 3rd and the rear end starting spinning again... still managed pulling a 9.4@77... not bad for what i had to do to try and stay straight..

Haha been there done that on street tires. When you're spinning down the track in second and you can't do that on the street you know something is wrong

im having the same problem, i have 18x10s on the rear and im stuck in the 2.2-2.3 zone. i usually lauch @ 2500rpms anything higher and it spins too much, anything lowers affects my trap speed. im open to suggestions...... im ordering control arms and adjustable shocks hopefully that will help. i dont run the rears at low psi cause im afraid to hit a pothole and damage a wheel
