Default Finally joined the 275 club, no more ugly snow tires

I had to have new tires today, I was sick of looking at my freshly waxed stang with the ugly hub capped snow tires I had on the back. So, I called around, all I could find in the 275/40/17 were these, but I am so happy with them. I am amazed at how nice the car hooks off the line now, with my summer tires, I would spin through first and break free in second to the point I would get sideways. With these tires it launch's much harder and I get a solid chirp in second but then it hooks right back up. Hopefully next week I can get up to the track and see how my terrible 60 ft. times improved, I can feel it's gonna be a lot better. I do have an auto, but I have the torque modulation and shift pressure set all the way firm with my tuner. So, hopefully now that I have some traction I can get the hell outta the 14's. Then the next step is another set of rims with M/T et streets just for the track.

I can't see the tread pattern on this stupid computer (always displays really dark) are they drag radials or just regular nittos?

BTW, from now on you should check out www.tires.com when you need new ones, I have gotten all my stang tires from there and they seem to have the best prices on nitto.

There made by goodyear, there "Fulda Extremo" The reason I got them is I wanted tires today, I didn't want to order them and wait, I wanted it done, and thats that, bonus is that I am very happy with the results.
Here is a link to them, but doesn't show all the sizes....... If I was gonna order tires I would have went with the Yokohama's to match the front.

Woo hoo, I went out and tested them on some warm pavement this morning, WOW, I never thought they would hook as good as they do, they don't corner as well as my avs es 100's did, but straight line traction is 1000 times better, I left the TC on and it didn't even come on for the 1-2 shift like it used to
