Default Cams Again!!

Ok, give me some sites on where to get some cams ..I'm planning on ordering the VT Stage 1 cams after i put my full exhaust on it ...what else do you need besdies just the cams ..i'm gonna change the timing belt and bull**** but i mean do u need pushrods, lifters, springs? someone give the site to get all that

if you dont know about modular motors you shouldnt own one. the 4.6 does not use push rods or lifters. they are a over head cam design so that means no lifters or push rods. if you want push rods go get a 5.0 or a ls1

stage ones good choice..no push rods or lifters tho, if your doing the stage ones you can just swap cams, you dont NEED to do the valve springs with the stage ones, its a good idea tho, but if your paying someone to do the labor, the price is gonna go waayy up because the heads have to come off for the springs, either way, get a tune soon after, somone will say you dont need one with the stage ones, trust me you will the car runs like crap without one, youll be happy with it anyway

if you have forged internals go with a more agressive cam and bump that redline up
