Default dyno tuning

ok i have no idea about this one, i need some input, do you have to have your own tuner for a shop to dyno tune your car, or are there some worthy mustang dyno shops who acually have software to tune your car instead of u buying a 400 tuner then paying them to tune it right....because around here, the suppose to be amazing mustang shop turned out to be like a hoax they like know what they are doing but dont have **** for equipment, so what im asking is does anyone know where mustang shops have their own software to dyno tune your car so u dont have to buy a tuner, or are you stuck buying a tuner??

Unless you are having a custom chip burned, you will need a handheld tuner.

Don't mean to steal the thread, but I bought my car and it had a chip in it. I have since modded the car and was wondering if I should have it retuned. I don't know what kind of the chip the guy put in it though.

Unless you are F/I (doesn't look like it) you don't really need a re-tune.
