stock bulbs are 9007. yes projectors are H1/H3 something with an H. depends on the projector kit you get. you guys are missing out if you don't get projectors. adn 10000k is NOT brighter technically. they have more color, but the brightest light is 4300-5000k. anything more than that and your light output starts to go down and basically you have the same amount of light as the stock halogens but with the blue/purple color. so you might as well just get some blue halogen bulbs off ebay for like 10 bucks.

hmmm.....

I have some of those apc super white bulbs in my toyota and they are unreal bright. They honestly look like HID's. I ordered some for my car and they are not nearly as bright. The toyota takes H4's though.

any tips on some bright bluish bulbs? Silverstars are not what i'm looking for.

Also.. anyone ever tried riggin h4's into the factory housing?

usually H_ bulbs are brighter than regular numbered bulbs. they are newer and usually in better/newer designed cars than the older bulbs. our lights location is just bad period. they are close to the center of the car and the beam is not wide at all.

i would go with these projectors:

i honestly think the chrome ones with the amber reflector ALMOST look OEM. almost BMW style.

if you want black go with these:

and then go with a 5000k HID kit for the low beams and some silverstars for the high beams. i wouldn't hook up the halos though.
