HEY WHO HAS HID LIGHTS???
I got the BiXenon 8000k kit from stangmods.com
They were installed (with much help from a friend) and they work niiiiice....but one problem though, at times the driver's side light doesn't light up when I activate the headlights. The passenger lights up everytime, but the driver's side doesn't feel like it at times it seems. When it doesn't light up, I hit the brights at least once and then it lights.....is this just a normal HID conversion kit thing, or do I need to go look for some loose connections?

make sure you dont have a loose ground like stated above. and also did you wipe the bulbs and lenses with rubbing alcohol after you got them in? oil from our hands can fry the bulbs pretty quickly, but id go through where you did the wiring and make sure all connections are good, and just in case check the fuses

I have their 6000k bixenon kit, when you turn your lights on does the driver side ballast even buzz? if not, it can be 1 of 2 things 1) as stated above, is a crappy ground, 2) recheck the connections coming off of the ballast and into the ground or power wires.
mine did that before, so I cut all the connectors and spliced the wires myself, problem was fixed and it looks a bit cleaner. Only thing is, with what I did, make sure your set about where you want all your wiring to be ran.

ok thanks guys. Yeah, the bulbs were never touched.
they look really blue. they look niiiice

I had the same problem, and after checking all the connections, i determined there was a short in the little black wiring harness box. Sent it back to stangmods, and they sent me a new one.....works fine now!
