what do you think about Mach 1's
hey guys,
i'm thinking of buying one because my stock GT needs more power andnot thinking about cobra becauseI wanna have better mpg.
Is this a good move? would it be just as good to save the money and upgrade my GT?
Is it easy to upgrade a mach 1? Do you get better results than a GT?

I personally like my 2v. Don't get me wrong I love the terminators, but I love having a GT that can beat up on the Vets and such. I would save keep your car and use the extra money you would spend on a Mach and buy a blower.

mach 1s are nice you can upgrade them easily but there are much more of a variety oif parts for gts. They still dont have a perfected t/b for a mach 1. If you plan on going all out the have the same hp limits as the gts

the mach 1 is great for people with an IQ of forrest gump.. why buy a 3v motor without forged internals, when you can get a forged 4v for the same price or marginally more. if youre worried about gas mileage, get a V6

...And if it were me, I would just spend the extra dough to finance a new '05+ S197 with the 3v and later on stick a blower on it or something. I can't see the point of staying with same bodystyles and jumping all around the model selection just for a few more ponies.
