Default BOOST QUESTION!!!!

Ok heres the deal...My dad is going to be using my car for a week or so and I dont really want him to be able to get into boost while he has it. I have a vortech kit on it right now...I was thinking of just taking the bov off and putting a straight tube where it was so that no pressure will build in the intake pipe. I would rather not change the belt back to stock cuz thats a pain in the ***. Could someone let me know if bypassing the bov would be work...would it still make boost then? or is there a better way? any help would be nice

He doesnt want his dad hitting boost because if he is into those old, heavy and slow muscle cars he might **** himself once he hits boost.

Listen to all of you guys! I'm sure Pops did mor for you growing up than you have given back to him. Everyone of you is being selfish! He breaks it, he buys it! I'm sure he might ty to work something out if anything happens, but I don't think the car knows if your doing the burnouts or running at 5k rpms or if pops is doing it??? I'm sure you run your car much harder than if any one of your fathers would do driving it. Stop being selfish and let your dads take them for a rip, because I know that some of you needed to get your liscense and use your parents car to do so!!!!! Yeah, that's what I thought. Heck if my dad wanted my car for a month I wouldn't mind. He has a Z06 anyways that would eat my car alive!
