What is the reason to install a shift kit?
Whit the shift kit can improve better time in the 1/4 track ?

and what is the best shift kit ?

TransGo Shift kits are pretty good. I doubt it will reduce your 1/4 times it just makes the car shift crisper and slightly faster which in turn increases the life of your tranny (quicker shifts = less slippage & wear & tear).
