mine does it even with the overdrive off. i also heard it could be a clogged tranny filter

mine does it too.... I think it's safe to say it's 'normal'

and yes, mine whines when I drop it in first.. it sounds kinda cool tho.

Mine doesnt do that...i have 2 friends with Autos also (me with 30k miles, George with 65k miles and my other friend with 104k miles) and none of us have this

i also havea 03 auto and it does the same thing i think it just the way the car chages gears
