Default MAC cold air intake?

Im buyin Jim's off of his car, now that he bought a JLT for his. Im curious as to how many people here have a MAC cai on their stang, and what you think of it. Opinions? experiences?

BTW, its the MAC intake for new edge GT's with blue filter (big filter) and heat shield. Filter isnt in the fender setup tho.

Not much to say really, its your basic CAI. I think its one of the better looking ones since the parts are polished and the over-all fit is good.

Waste of money, save for gears/headers/midpipe.

Air silencer and MAF screen removed and K&N Drop in will net you the same gains at 50 bucks tops if you buy filter new, (only remove screen if you know what can happen) I didn't remove mine and it runs the same as without it. some people remove some don't I say don't.

P.S I got a K&N with 2k miles on it for 17 bucks on ebay
