Default help

ok im going to start off by telling you that i dont know **** about what im talking about... the lowest pulley on my belt has 2 bolts out of the 3 missing and the 3rd is loose but wont tighten, that being said wtf am i supposed to do?

The lowest pulley is the crankshaft pulley. The bolt in the center is the only one you need.
