60k Maintenance
I just hit 60 k and wanted to do maintenance, anyone have the Ford checklist for 60k? If not, here is the list of thing's I've changed out already, anything else?
Cleaned K&N Filter and MAF
Spark Plugs changed
PCV Valve changed
Checked/Cleaned battery,starter,alternator terminals
Fuel Filter changed
Oil Changed
Transmission Fluid changed
I know I need to do differential fluid which I will do tomorrow.
Thanks,
E.

RE: 60k Maintenance
pull andcheck all the under-the-hood fuses for corosion and replace any that seem like they may be getting that way. You should also check your belt and maybe replace with with a gatorback.
If you have been doing some hard launching try to get a look at those engine mounts and see what kind of condition they are in along with any easily accessable bushings such as sway bar bushings and such. Oh ya another thing to check for when launching hard is where the upper and lower control arms connect to the body, make sure the bottoms arent pulling the rivets out and the uppers not pushing a dent in. The 95' Cobra rear that I got had ripped the lower rivits right out and pulled the pannel back. The engine was basicly stock with bolt ons so it can happen to anyone that launches hard.
Check your rotors on both sides to make sure that they arent grooving too much and check the pads while your at it.
It probably wouldnt hurt to check your Tri-Axe to make sure that it hasnt come loose at all and honestly I would have change the clutch quadrant, firewall adjuster and went over to a heavy duty clutch cable by now.
Other than that just detail her
