Default Loose rear end...ha! Help...

Iwent with 275.35.18x8.5s in the back (245.40.18 in front), used to have 245.45.17x9s all the way around...now my car feels REALLY loose in the rear...Im thinking the tires may be too wide for the rims...they look a little pudgy...anyone else experience this with staggered set up?
