yea the mph kit is awesome but also i would look up houstonperformance.com cause they got some very cheap kits on there. Now im not sure how complete those are but they seem to be. I think a vortech kit for a 99-04 gt cost like 2900 bucks but i didnt check for a Mach 1

 

go mongoose. a good kit will run 3-3500 dollars min. plus install and tune. If you can put it on yourself thats alot of money saved, but you cant beat the deal on the mongoose kits.i bought my paxton for 3 grand and paid 350 for my tune but i got a good deal on the tune! www.superchargers4less.com is where i got mine

 

Except the $3900 Mongoose kit isn't fo Mach 1's (4 valve) it is made for regular mustangs (2 Valve)

Therefore, I say the best bet is to get a Vortech kit from superchargers4less for around the same price--takes you to 460 hp and 406 tq on a stock car with just supercharger

 

but they do make a mongoose kit for the mach 1, they just dont have it listed. either way, no matter where you get it from i say stick with vortech.

 

JJ I just emailed them asking about a similar mongoose kit for the Mach 1, and they responded by saying "We sure dont. I dont have a mail order tune for the Mach's and a blower."

 

well for the machs the Rods are real week and wont take much more then 440rwhp, and also if its a auto mach of a stick? the stick has a forged crank the auto dose not

 

Which don't mean diddly as the rods/pistons go first
