Are you talking about a coil pack or a plug?

And you switched the driver's side pack to the passenger side and still no spark on the passenger side? And when you switched them, did the one now on the driver's side have spark?

Exactly, i switched them and drivers side had spark and the pass side still didnt, so my coil packsare good. i tested my drivers side with my volt meter and i was gettin 12 volts. there is no power at all coming out of the pass side plug that goes into the coil pack.

Your going to have to find the other end of that wire and do a resistance test. Chances are you have a break in the wire somewhere.

Try to find out where the passenger side gets it power from. I imagine it's the same place as where the driver's side gets it's power from.Maybe straight from the PCM. Check a wiring diagram online if you can find one. Trail the wires back from the coil pack as far back as you can go and check for frayed wires or anything like that. If the wires all seem fine, locate the power source and get a test light or power probe.

well the car has no airbags in it or airbag module, so is it possible that the car goes into some kind of limp mode or somthing becuase of that. but the only cel i have is for the primary coil malfunction..?

Then it's a wiring or module misfunction. You need to try to find a wiring diagram. Maybe a Haynes or Chilton Manual has them...?
