i like my vortech, im making 397rwhp at 10psi. my blower makes boost really really quick. once i hit about 3000 rpms its like light speed. its nutz. i luv KBs but i just couldnt afford one, you gotta luv that instant hp that the KB offers though.

While instant boost may be nice, it also has other effects. You need a higher gearing, since 410's will just have you spinning in place withall that low end torque. Not to mention fuel mileage. With a centri, if you keep it below 3k rpms your mileage isnt effected much at all. With instant boost, your KILLING your MPG.

yes and no, since the KB is controlled by throttle position, you can control it by staying out of the throttle.

I have a 2.1, and at 9psi, I'm hitting 427 as of my last dyno run. I remember Stanggang saying he has a 1.7 that he got a heck of a deal on.

You can get a 2.1 with a 6# pulley if you want. You can run a 6-14lbs, and can pick what you want when you buy it.
Sounds good, I'll be running the 9 lb pulley till the new engine and the new tranny, then I'll run the 6lb pulley till those are broken in
