Your exhaust alone should net you that much give or take a few hp. You may be very disappointed in the Typhoon for what it is going to cost you. Virtually no gains NA and only moderate ones on FI (according to other posters).
The tune (depending on what octane you go) will give you another 10 or so depending on who does the tune. Some tuners are much better than others. Tim at MPH does great tunes for the X-Cal2 imo.

Only 15-20 HP? I thought the tune itself would get me that much. There's also LT headers, midpipes, and intake manifold with TB/Plenum combo...

RE: 3 Mods: How much HP???
Thanks for the advice. I was considering the typhoon combo, but I saw that BBK is coming out with a new intake manifold in the Fall/Winter of 2007. I'll do some more research on that to see if there are any improvements over the Typhoon. They claim that the typhoon and Prof products TB and plenum adds 35 Rwhp. I've heard it's BS. So I'll stick to getting that exhaust, and possibly an accufab TB and plenum combo. And a tune for sure.
My engine has about 73K miles on it, and I don't push my car too much (daily driver). Is it worth adding a Procharger or Vortech (air to air intercooled) to obtain around 420 RWHP? I'm thinking of getting an 8 psi kit with a 2 or 3 core intercooler, and adding a boost pipe for the additional 1 psi (after a tune). Or should I wait and eventually get new cylinder heads and forged internals, then add the charger? I've been wanting the supercharger for over a year, and the more I think about it the more I want it. But as a long term investment (for another 10 years), what's the smartest thing to do if I want to achieve around 420 RWHP? I know I can be pushing around 15 psi with the forged engine (bored and everything), but there are a lot more factors involved if I have engine work done... If anyone can give me advice, it would be great! Thx guys.

Also, does this seem like a good investment if I want to change my headers and midpipe? BBK! I already have the aluminum underdrive pulley.
