Default clutch issue

i have a 97 GT mustang with a manual transmission, i thought i was having transmission problems, because it shifted very hard and ground gears if i tried to force it, so i looked and it turned out to be the clutch wasnt completely disengaging when i hit the pedal.

which leads me to my question, is there an easy adjustment to loosen up the the clutch?

Actually there are lots of places you can get a clutch adjuster, but I'd go with steeda.
