Default Heads and Cam Questions

So i just got my car back from the shop and i have a valve bad in cylinder 8. After alot of debate i decided to go with a new set of heads and a cam. My first question are what brands should i use? Is there a kit out there that has everything? Where should i buy them? And last but not least what can i expect my HP and TQ gains to be?

I have a 97 GT that I just started working on. I was told to go with PI heads and do a cam swap. I am fairly new to all this and I don't know what other mods I should do. I have upgraded the plentum to 100cfm over stock, a 75 mm tb, bbk shorty headers, bbk off road x-pipe. What else if anything do I need to support the head and cam swap? and what kind of cam should I go with?

Yes, VT Egines isa good company and they are real cool if you need help just call them up and they are very willing to help out a customer and the quality of their work and partsis great, I suggest going with vt head/cam combo, also patraiot makes a good head but heard the stage 3's leak. Heres some websites you can use in research, rpmout.com, vtengines.com, mudularmustangracing.com they are real cool too and quality is right up there if not better than VT's.
